• Typical experience: 12+ years in HR with 3+ years in management.
• Significant HR business partnering experience in complex organizations.
• Proven leadership developing HR professionals.
• Strong business acumen aligning people strategy with financial and operational goals.
• Experience managing complex employee relations or organizational change initiatives.
• Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
