  • Analyze offer pricing, conversion, and margin to boost volume and profitability.
  • Design and run A/B pricing experiments; refine pricing curves using market data.
  • Monitor inventory movement; assess days-to-sell and turnover.
  • Partner with Data, Ops, Finance to build scalable pricing reporting and drive decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in pricing, analytics, strategy, BizOps, or consulting.
  • Strong analytics with SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and advanced spreadsheets.
  • Proven track record translating data into strategic, measurable impact.
  • Strong judgement on pricing strategy, marketplace dynamics, unit economics, inventory.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Able to operate strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication; simplify analyses into clear recommendations.
  • Willing to work from Toronto HQ (60 Adelaide St E).
