• Experience building or scaling a design system across multiple product teams.
• Strong patterns and platform strategy for web and native mobile.
• Deep knowledge of design systems: tokens, docs, governance, visuals.
• Partnered with engineering on APIs and token architecture.
• Strong business judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder influence.
