Senior Manager, Product Management

📋 Description

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Appian's AI & Industry Solutions
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Partner with Engineering and Quality leadership to align strategy with execution and quarterly
• Drive portfolio investments balancing customer needs and business priorities.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to identify market opportunities and prioritize
• Guide Product Managers through full lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading Product Managers.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to partner with Engineering and Design teams.
• Experience defining product strategy for enterprise software portfolios.
• Proven success building customer-centric products within enterprise SaaS or business process
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
