Senior Manager, Product Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Own the Product Board narrative end-to-end.
• Lead priority strategy initiatives from ambiguous problem to exec decision.
• Drive annual planning with global inputs and clear artifacts.
• Turn ambiguity into decisions through crisp narratives for executives.
• Partner with Director of Global Product Ops and CPO leadership.
• Collaborate across functions to set Product direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience spanning top-tier management consulting and/or in-house corporate strategy
• Demonstrated leadership of strategic workstreams and stakeholder engagement.
• Structured problem-solving fluency: hypotheses, top-down storytelling, synthesis.
• Excellent written communication for decision documents and exec materials.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools (e.g., Claude) is a plus.
