🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Aerospace Engineering, or related
10+ years in aerospace/defense/regulated industries.
5+ years leading technical quality organizations.
Experience with development programs from concept through production transition.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, AS9100, and aerospace manufacturing.
Root cause investigations, corrective action, risk management, and reliability analyses experience.
