📋 Description

• Forecast and manage resources and budgets globally
• Lead short and long-term resource scenarios
• Plan and update resources across functions with heads
• Partner with VPs to set departmental goals
• Coordinate cross-R&D initiatives to improve ops
• Develop relationships to support R&D objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 4+ years (BA) or 3+ (MS) or 2+ (PhD) in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing large projects in matrixed orgs
• Proven ability to present data to executives
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
• Strong analytical and communication skills
