Senior Manager, RDQA (Americas)

📋 Description

• Provide support for RDQA activities in assigned countries and region
• Implement proactive quality management to ensure first-pass approvals
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie policies and local/regional regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biology/Nursing/Pharmacy or related field
• 8+ years in biopharma/medical device QA, compliance, regulatory affairs or clinical development
• 3+ years in leadership roles (people or initiatives)
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to navigate evolving global requirements
• Thorough knowledge of quality systems, auditing standards and QA management
• Excellent written and oral communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
