📋 Description

• Lead regulatory and pharmacovigilance delivery across projects.
• Serve as franchise liaison between Ergomed Group and clients on multi-project programs.
• Assist senior management in securing new business via BD meetings and proposals.
• Provide strategic regulatory guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring.
• Line manage staff as needed and support audits/inspections readiness.
• Drive department initiatives and implement changes with planned timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in pharma/CRO or regulatory bodies, 3+ in leadership/PM roles.
• Proven ability to manage global projects.
• Expert knowledge of ICH GCP and/or GVP and relevant local/regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with post-marketing regulatory activities and lifecycle management (highly
