Senior Manager, Retirement Plan Consulting

📋 Description

• Serve as senior SME for retirement plan consulting across technical and regulatory matters.
• Provide ERISA expertise to financial advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Advise on plan design, cost/impact analysis, benchmarking, and peer comparisons.
• Support prospective clients and advisors with design analysis and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver fiduciary training for plan committees.
• Present complex technical and regulatory information clearly to varied audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or
• 12+ years of relevant retirement plan industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA guidelines, retirement plan regulations, and qualified plan requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with defined contribution plans, especially 401(k) and 403(b).
• Experience in retirement plan administration or compliance with a recordkeeper or similar org.
• Strong understanding of plan design, fiduciary governance, regulatory compliance, and consulting
