• Lead AI-first SDLC transformation across PingOne MT quality org.
• Own quality strategy for PingOne MCP Server and AI-aligned surfaces.
• Define validation for critical workflows and cross-product scenarios.
• Build reusable quality platforms, test frameworks, and CI/CD signals.
• Drive production readiness and reduce defect escapes.
• Collaborate with global teams across DevTools, Architecture, and Performance Eng.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in software/quality leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading SaaS/ cloud quality teams.
• Deep experience with multi-tenant SaaS, microservices, cloud-native platforms.
• Proven shift-left quality transformation with measurable impact.
• Strong CI/CD, UI/API test frameworks, observability, and SRE knowledge.
• Ability to lead senior engineers and drive cross-functional alignment.
