Own end-to-end Incentive Compensation administration for field sales
Operate field organization: resolve issues, manage escalations with IT/vendors
Optimize field alignments, rosters, and sales allocations with cross-functional teams
Lead Sales Operations functions: CRM (Veeva), dashboards, data workflows, and master data

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in progressive sales operations in pharma/biotech
Senior-level operations with accountability for field force ops, CRM, data stewardship
Advanced MS Office; experience with Veeva CRM, PowerBI or similar BI tools
Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional partners
Hybrid work environment; able to collaborate across SF and Palo Alto offices
