📋 Description

• Lead the Dirac Query team in Hyderabad for batch query processing.
• Drive technical strategy and on-time delivery for Dirac Query systems.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of gateway APIs.
• Architect and guide entry points, gateway, and batch engine components.
• Foster inclusive, collaborative culture across North America and India.
• Partner with Product and Program Management to align roadmap and milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years engineering leadership shipping platform initiatives.
• Deep experience with distributed systems, high-throughput, low-latency.
• Architecture & API design for gateway components and query layers.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Coaching and developing senior engineers (Senior/Lead levels).
• Experience leading globally distributed teams across time zones.
