📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and mentor engineering managers, senior engineers, and emerging technical leaders.
• Translate product and engineering strategy into a technical roadmap and operating model for
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and operational health of cloud-native, API-based
• Drive high-quality delivery through prioritization, cross-team coordination, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in software engineering, with distributed backend systems and APIs in production.
• 3–5+ years in engineering leadership, mentoring managers or senior leads.
• Strong cloud-native, microservices, observability, CI/CD experience across AWS and/or GCP.
• Proven ability to improve reliability and standards for customer-facing, high-availability systems.
• Hands-on backend experience with Go and/or Python; knowledge of data stores, service architecture
• Cross-functional leadership and communication across Product, Security, Support, Research
