🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or workflows.
• 12+ years experience with Bachelor's, or 8+ with Master's, or PhD with 5+ years.
• 5+ years as a technical lead for engineering teams.
• Strong software engineering practices for large-scale enterprise products.
• Advanced coding in Java, Shell, JavaScript or similar.
• Experience with databases and integration patterns a plus.
