Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture - New Logo

📋 Description

• Lead a Solutions Architecture team focused on new enterprise logos for Temporal Cloud.
• Coach and scale a high-performing pre-sales technical team.
• Partner with Strategic Account Executives to drive acquisition.
• Ensure rigorous qualification, discovery, demos, and value engagements.
• Balance technical depth with commercial judgment to accelerate opportunities.
• Develop repeatable processes for qualification, demos, and deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar, with at least 2 years leading a pre-sales team.
• Proven enterprise new-logo acquisition and complex evaluations.
• Open-source, developer-tools, or infrastructure software background.
• Strong technical background in distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and CI/CD, containers, orchestration.
