Senior Manager, Strategic Change Enablement

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver process improvement initiatives across Global Business Operations (GBO) in
• Develop clinical research processes, including process maps and quality system documents
• Provide change management for initiatives, including stakeholder and impact assessment and
• Partner with SCE leaders to sustain infrastructure, programs, and forums aligned with strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent ex-US) in scientific or business field; Associate degree with
• 7+ years Pharma/clinical research experience; 3+ within clinical research preferred
• Experience in process management, optimization, and simplification
• Experience in change management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in a matrix environment
• Change management and/or Lean Six Sigma desired
