Senior Manager, Strategic Change Enablement

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver process improvement initiatives supporting clinical research processes.
• Manage development of clinical research processes, including process maps and quality system
• Provide change management for process improvement initiatives via stakeholder and impact assessment
• Partner across CLCM to sustain SCE infrastructure, change management programs, and forums aligned
• Leverage AbbVie Quality System, GxP Regulations, and Business Process Framework to support
• Assess metrics and measures for areas of focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent ex-US) in a scientific or business field; Associate’s degree
• 7+ years Pharma/clinical research experience; 3+ years in clinical research preferred.
• Experience in process management, optimization, and simplification; change management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Change management and/or Lean Six Sigma desired.
