Senior Manager, Strategic Change Enablement

📋 Description

• Plan and deliver process improvement initiatives across Clinical Development Operations
• Develop clinical research processes, including process maps and quality system documents
• Provide change management for initiatives, including stakeholder and impact assessment and
• Manage sustainability of SCE infrastructure, change programs, and forums in alignment with SCE
• Partner with SCE leaders to enable continuous improvement within GxP-regulated environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent ex-US); Associate’s degree with relevant experience acceptable
• 7+ years Pharma/clinical research experience; 3+ years in clinical research preferred
• Experience in process management, optimization, and simplification
• Experience in change management; Lean Six Sigma desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
