Senior Manager, Strategic HR Operations

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional HR operations initiatives with senior HR leaders.
• Develop executive dashboards, reports, and presentations on workforce trends.
• Analyze HR data to identify patterns and actionable insights for leadership.
• Oversee HR projects, timelines, and stakeholder alignment from planning to execution.
• Improve HR systems, data reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage leave-of-absence administration and stay compliant with federal/state requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Analytics, or related
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and tight
• Proven ability to build dashboards and translate workforce data into senior leadership insights.
• Strong experience creating executive presentations and communicating data clearly.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., Paycor, Greenhouse).
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
