10+ years experience; top-tier consulting background (e.g., MBB) with diverse functional exposure
Strong problem framing and MECE thinking
End-to-end program ownership; cross-functional delivery (Product, Tech, Ops, Sales)
Stakeholder management across matrixed teams
Willingness to travel across Grab's Southeast Asia markets
