📋 Description

• Develop and execute cost-saving strategies across indirect procurement categories, with focus on
• Build category strategies and sourcing pipelines by partnering with stakeholders to understand
• Research industry trends, pricing, and supplier markets to inform sourcing and optimization
• Lead complex contract negotiations and supplier renegotiations balancing TCO and savings objectives.
• Manage supplier selection, qualification, consolidation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Lead RFI and RFP processes from requirements through award, contracting, and execution with

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• Experience developing category strategies delivering measurable savings and value.
• Proven success negotiating complex, high-value buy-side contracts.
• Strong analytical and financial capabilities: spend analysis, modeling, dashboards, and procurement
• Knowledge of procurement methodologies: category management, RFX, should-cost, reverse auctions
• Experience with KPIs, supplier scorecards, QBRs to monitor sourcing and supplier effectiveness.
