📋 Description

• Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end — defining the problem
• Take charge of cross-department initiatives across commercial, product, or operations to ensure
• Conduct opportunity assessments to identify growth areas, new markets, and product opportunities
• Run one large project with multiple workstreams or several projects in parallel
• Identify what the company should work on next and make it happen

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in high-velocity environments (top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or
• Independent and proactive — move initiatives forward without direction
• Ability to align across functions and senior stakeholders without formal authority
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; turn data into actionable insights
• End-to-end analytical design, rigorous QA, and decision-driving outputs
• Structured recommendations with clear trade-offs and risk flags
