5+ years leading technical/engineering teams.
Proven ability to establish or scale a technical organization.
Experience with fielded aircraft/UAS/defense systems.
Strong understanding of fleet sustainment, reliability, and lifecycle support.
Experience leading cross-functional issue resolution across orgs.
