Senior Manager, Systems Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of systems engineers and a technical lead.
• Own end-to-end joiner/mover/leaver automation for identity lifecycle.
• Define device assurance policies across macOS and Windows.
• Improve ITSM and self-service for engineering teams.
• Govern SaaS procurement with appropriate security controls.
• Own identity, access, and connector infra for enterprise AI tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in IT/systems engineering or related field.
• 3+ years managing engineers with proven leadership.
• Experience across identity/access, endpoint mgmt, ITSM, SaaS procurement, or infra.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to assess delivery risks.
• Hands-on with AI-enabled enterprise tooling and automation.
• Familiar with Okta, Okta Workflows, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Atlassian, GitHub or similar.
