📋 Description

• Lead a high-performing delivery team of Solution Architects and Sr. Developers across the full
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; manage performance and career progression
• Oversee design and delivery of scalable iPaaS integrations using Celigo integrator.io
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled patterns, agentic services, and robust data transformations
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to align delivery with business goals

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in iPaaS, API integrations (REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth)
• Strong Node.js/JavaScript skills for integration scripting and transformations
• Extensive ERP and cloud/SaaS integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Proven leadership of technical delivery teams in enterprise settings; stakeholder management
• Knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI, flat files) and AI/LLM integration patterns
• Familiarity with Celigo integrator.io or similar platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, etc.)
