Senior Manager, Transformation

📋 Description

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement.
• Lead the transformation agenda for one or more functions.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and define future-state solutions.
• Recommend design priorities, resources, and execution approaches.
• Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
• Design and implement AI-enabled processes and operating models.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in transformation, strategy/management consulting, program management, or operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional programs, ideally SaaS/payments.
• Experience with private equity-backed companies a plus.
• Project management, financial modeling, change management, stakeholder management, problem solving.
• Leadership: collaborative, able to engage with senior stakeholders and teams.
