Senior Manager - Treasury

📋 Description

• Own safeguarding compliance for NIUM's UK entities across emoney and payment services
• Lead treasury-related decisions: cash management, diversification, and interest optimisation
• 4-eyes oversight of operational work; day-to-day authority on safeguarding compliance
• Chair UK Safeguarding Committee; manage FCA reporting and escalation of incidents
• Reconcile and maintain fund-flow diagrams and calculation logic; ensure audit readiness
• Collaborate with Compliance and Safeguarding Director to align UK processes with group standards

🎯 Requirements

• Solid treasury and safeguarding knowledge within fintech/regulatory environments
• Strong experience with reconciliations, 4-eyes/dual controls, and risk management
• Experience with CASS15, EMRs 2011, PSRs 2017; hands-on in UK regulatory context
• Analytical mindset with data and systems literacy (SQL/Excel/BI familiarity beneficial)
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to balance group standards with UK nuances
• Solid communication skills; comfortable representing safeguarding matters to committees and senior
