Senior Manager, User Experience

📋 Description

• Lead designers and own UX craft for AI-enabled portfolio products.
• Set standards for prototyping, interaction quality, and accessibility in the flow of work.
• Provide research-to-design leadership across jobs-to-be-done and AI-driven UX efforts.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to define handoff, documentation, and trade-offs.
• Develop a pattern library and design system direction with Engineering.
• Scale the UX discipline while preserving craft and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in UX with depth in both research and design.
• At least 5 years of managing designers and/or researchers directly.
• Hands-on experience with Jobs-to-Be-Done and turning outputs into actionable job stories.
• Experience designing for AI or ML-powered features and trustworthiness considerations.
• Strong research methodology knowledge: interviews, surveys, usability testing, ethnography
• Excellent craft in IA, interaction design, prototyping, and cross-functional handoffs in Agile.
