📋 Description

• Lead UX designers and researchers across Appfire portfolio
• Define AI-driven UX patterns and guardrails for teams
• Build pattern library and guide design system evolution with Eng
• Own handoffs and collaboration with Engineering and Product
• Set research standards, methods, and governance
• Scale design ops and career framework for growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX with depth in research and design
• 5+ years managing designers and/or researchers
• Hands-on Jobs to be Done experience
• Experience designing AI/ML features with trust
• Deep command of research methodology
• Strong craft in IA, interaction, and prototyping
