🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in UX with deep research and design experience.
• 5+ years managing designers/researchers directly.
• Hands-on JTBD experience; turn outputs into job stories.
• Experience designing AI/ML-powered features; trustworthy UX.
• Deep method skills: interviews, surveys, usability tests, ethnography.
• Strong craft in IA, interaction, prototyping; can explain to engineers and executives.
