📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional Publications Team(s) for assigned assets
• Drive execution of publication plans with timelines/budgets
• Review publications for quality and alignment with platforms
• Coordinate with Scientific Communications and Publications Directors
• Manage outsourcing budgets and internal resources
• Mentor internal/external medical writers and ensure timely work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; higher degrees preferred
• 4-5 years in medical/scientific publications or related fields
• Proven leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration
• Understanding of medical data interpretation
• Knowledge of therapeutic areas and statistical concepts a plus
• Experience with scientific publication structure and regulations
