📋 Description

• Own and define SEO & AEO strategy to drive pipeline
• Develop content roadmap aligned with demand programs
• Lead cross-functional work with UX, Web Dev, and Campaign teams
• Advise on CRO and conversion-rate optimization tied to demand
• Monitor web performance and adjust strategy for growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in SEO, web strategy, or digital marketing
• 3+ years managing others in a matrixed org
• Deep SEO, technical SEO, content strategy, link authority
• Experience linking search/content to pipeline/revenue
• B2B SaaS background with complex buyer personas
• Strong analytical skills and data storytelling
