• Strong technical judgment; earn trust of engineers while communicating with marketing and execs.
• You have led web engineering teams building reliable, scalable platforms with strong operational discipline.
• Experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Storyblok, and Vercel.
• Experience creating self-serve systems for marketing, content, events, and regions.
• Experience building AI-enabled web experiences, personalization, or LLM-optimized sites.
