🎯 Requirements

7+ years in analytics/strategy/ops at a high-growth SaaS
2+ years managing people
Salesforce expertise (reports/dashboards), Excel/Sheets
Experience with Outreach.io, Anaplan, Tableau, Clari
Deep lead management and pipeline KPI knowledge
Structured operating rhythms: weekly reviews, monthly cadences, QBRs
