Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Thermal Controls Systems

📋 Description

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for environmental and thermal control systems.
• Design, fabricate, and activate ground support equipment and test articles for pressurized ground
• Operate, troubleshoot, repair, and modify manufacturing and testing equipment from vacuum to 20,000
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions for

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably aerospace or environmental/thermal
• Proficiency in CAD software (Siemens NX) for reviewing designs and creating manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving, GD&T skills, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours as needed.
