🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing ops or martech with AI focus
• Proven production-grade AI tools/workflows in B2B marketing
• Strong understanding of B2B funnel and pipeline growth
• Hands-on with Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, and CMS
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript for AI apps
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude) for production systems
