• Develop high-impact proposals and client materials
• Coordinate multiple proposal efforts across service lines
• Lead proposal sections and ensure quality/compliance
• Support marketing communications and client presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of AEC industry experience with proposal leadership
• Federal proposal experience with SF330s, design-build, RFQs/RFIs, oral presentations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Adobe InDesign/Acrobat; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator
