Own Passage's marketing channels end to end across paid, organic, and brand
Scale campaigns in 15 countries with ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, X
Extend an AI-assisted in-house marketing platform for campaigns and automation
Deliver data-driven insights to optimize budgets and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in performance marketing and engineering
Production Python experience; deep API knowledge (Meta/Google/TikTok)
Strong SQL, funnel math, and attribution skills
Brand sensibility and on-brand content across surfaces
Experience building scalable, automated workflows and guardrails
Comfort with BigQuery, MCP servers, and AI workflow tooling
