🎯 Requirements

4+ years in marketing operations, proposal management, or growth/BD ops in professional services.
Experience supporting deadline-driven proposal processes.
Experience building dashboards and analytics frameworks.
Strong SEO, keyword strategy, and metadata optimization knowledge.
Experience developing social media strategy and content calendars.
Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM system.
