Senior Mechanical Engineer, DFM

📋 Description

• Lead production-ready design through DFM and mass production readiness
• Drive cost reduction, quality, and manufacturability in scaling from hundreds to thousands of units
• Own mass production rules and ensure design changes close loop with the design team
• Define NPIs roadmap for process routes, assembly, and validation through to full production
• Coordinate across structure, software, manufacturing, QA, and supply chain to resolve on-site issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Design/Materials/Forming or related
• 3+ years in structural process, DFM, or mass production development
• Proficient in SolidWorks/Creo; familiarity with ANSYS for basic strength checks
• Expertise in Sheet Metal, Injection Molding, Machining or Stamping
• Understanding of mold development, BOM structure, and material selection
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills with cost awareness
