🎯 Requirements

6+ years in mechanical product development, with emphasis on soft goods, textiles, elastomers
Strong CAD skills (NX or equivalent) for flexible/rigid assemblies and soft goods.
Experience with textiles, coatings, elastomers, grip surfaces, and sensor integration.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, DFM, and supplier collaboration.
Familiarity with testing, validation, reliability, and environmental considerations (IP ratings
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical, Materials, or related field.
