Senior Mechanical Engineer: Test Development Engineering

📋 Description

• Design, validate, and sustain test and calibration equipment
• Develop jigs, fixtures, and metrology systems for production and validation
• Integrate sensors and instrumentation into test systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements
• Use Creo/SolidWorks for 3D models and GD&T for precision
• Maintain docs, procedures, and specifications for test assets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years in mechanical design, test equipment, or precision metrology
• CAD proficiency (Creo, SolidWorks) and analysis tools (FEA, tolerance analysis)
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and manufacturing
