📋 Description

• Oversees direction, planning, and interpretation of clinical trials for development programs
• Participates in cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical data
• Defines development plans aligning with regulatory and business goals
• Leads clinical strategy and plan development for molecular programs
• Mentors investigators, site personnel, and AbbVie staff
• Interfaces with external stakeholders and keeps up with regulatory expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor or equivalent with relevant specialty
• At least 2 years of clinical trial experience in pharma or academia
• Ability to run a moderate complexity clinical research program
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and global team leadership
• Knowledge of trial methodology and regulatory/compliance requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
