• MD or DO or non-US equivalent; subspecialty fellowship desirable.
• 2+ years clinical trial experience in pharma/academic settings.
• Ability to lead a clinical program with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of trial methodology, regulatory/compliance, and study protocol design.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
