Senior Medical Director, Oncology Early Development

📋 Description

• Lead direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of early-phase trials
• Guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality clinical data
• Align development plans with product strategy and business needs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Good Clinical Practices
• Oversee study timelines and data safety monitoring
• Collaborate with CST/ADT and Medical Affairs as needed

🎯 Requirements

• MD/DO or non-US MD equivalent; residency preferred; oncology subspecialty desirable
• At least 3 years of clinical trial experience in pharma/academia
• Ability to run clinical programs of moderate complexity with minimal supervision
• Ability to lead cross-functional global teams
• Experience in thoracic malignancies and/or T-cell engagers strongly preferred
