Senior Medical Director, Oncology Early Development

📋 Description

• Lead the direction, planning, execution, and interpretation of early-phase clinical trials or
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to generate and disseminate high-quality clinical data aligned
• Oversee study design, timelines, enrollment, safety data review, and regulatory communications.
• Provide in-house clinical expertise and liaise with stakeholders across Medical Affairs, Discovery
• Mentor Associate Medical/Medical Directors and contribute to translational strategy discussions as
• Represent clinical development in CST/ADTs and engage with external opinion leaders as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Medical Doctor (M.D.), D.O., or non-US equivalent with oncology subspecialty; residency preferred
• Minimum 3 years of clinical trial experience in pharma/academia with at least 2 years in pharma.
• Ability to lead moderate-complexity clinical programs with minimal supervision.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and external/internal interaction skills.
• Experience in drug development for thoracic malignancies and/or T-cell engagers preferred.
