📋 Description

  • Initiates medical affairs activities, data generation and dissemination of data for scientific
  • Design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of protocols, Investigator Brochures, Clinical
  • Oversees Medical Affairs-led clinical studies; monitors study integrity and safety/efficacy data

🎯 Requirements

  • Advanced Degree PhD or PharmD; post-doctoral experience preferred.
  • 7-10 years in Medical Affairs with Global Medical Affairs experience preferred.
  • Typically 10-15 years in pharma; strong understanding of therapeutic area.
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical trials direct management; 4+ years preferred.
  • Knowledge of clinical trial methodology, data analysis and regulatory requirements; protocol design
  • Ability to run a clinical study independently; proven cross-functional leadership.
