📋 Description

• Act as Person Responsible for Advertising under Art. 25 AWV (Switzerland).
• Review and approve medical and promotional materials for Swiss compliance.
• Maintain archive and serve as primary contact for Swissmedic.
• Apply medical/scientific expertise to clinical data and evidence.
• Monitor scientific developments and treatment trends.
• Provide medical guidance to internal stakeholders and trainings.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Pharmacy.
• Experience in Medical Affairs/Regulatory and Swiss pharma.
• Proven review/approval of promotional and scientific materials.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss therapeutic products legislation (HMG, AWV, VAEA, Swissmedic).
• Understanding of Swiss healthcare and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with health authorities/cregulatory bodies.
