📋 Description

• Contribute to the development, configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the core Microsoft
• Analyze business and technical requirements, design appropriate solutions, and implement
• Conduct technical investigations and root-cause analyses, identifying issues and recommending
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients, technical teams, and external
• Create and maintain technical documentation, working procedures, knowledge-base content, testing
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery approaches, increasing application efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
• At least 5 years of professional development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, with
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and C# using Visual Studio.
• At least 5 years of development experience involving the Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Demonstrated experience working with Swagger and Web API services.
• Strong understanding of source control systems, including advanced branching and merging practices
